Jerry Kasper

Jerry Kasper has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Jerry is currently working as a Senior IT Project Engineer at Pacific Office Automation since July 2022. Prior to that, from May 2020 to July 2022, they were the Co-Owner of Design and Dream.

Jerry has also worked at Avanade for a significant period. From June 2015 to May 2020, they served as a Consultant, where they assisted in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting customer networks. Before that, from February 2013 to June 2015, they held the position of Sr. Analyst - Change Control Team, providing escalated client service request call support. From September 2012 to March 2013, they worked as a Sr. Analyst, responsible for assisting in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting customer networks. Additionally, from June 2011 to October 2012, they served as an Analyst, managing customer networks and prioritizing cases based on severity.

Before joining Avanade, Jerry worked at TEKsystems. From July 2010 to June 2011, they worked as an Escalation Analyst, providing phone and email support for remote end users. Prior to that, from July 2008 to July 2010, they held the position of Universal Analyst, offering phone and email support for remote end users and handling general workstation software.

Jerry Kasper completed an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Seattle. Jerry attended the institution from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" from Microsoft in October 2022, "Nimble Installation and Operation Professional" from Nimble Storage in October 2014, and "Microsoft Certified Specialist: Hyper-V 2012 and System Center 2012" from Microsoft in June 2014.
