M. Hendra Turisno has a diverse work experience in various industries. M. Hendra began their career as a Flight Attendant at TOP Air from September 2005 to April 2007. M. Hendra then served as a Boat Mechanic & Linguist (Bahasa) at the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, USMC from October 2007 to October 2011.

After that, they worked as an Operation Manager at PT. Bangun Bumi Indah, where they were responsible for identifying performance optimization opportunities, overseeing technical mining operations, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards from November 2011 to November 2012.

M. Hendra then transitioned to the banking industry and worked as a Professional Teller at Bank of America from July 2014 to August 2015.

Currently, they are employed at Pacific Office Automation as a Supply Sales Manager since September 2015. In this role, they consistently meet or exceeds gross profit targets, maintains and grows the revenue stream, and ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing customer contact. M. Hendra has also achieved exceptional results by qualifying for the Summer sale contest by exceeding 115% of gross profit.

M. Hendra Turisno started their education in 2008, obtaining various certifications from the United States Marine Corps, including Coxswain Skills Courses, Small Craft Mechanic Course, Open Water-Rescue Water Craft Operator, Engineer Equipment Repairer Course, and Marine Combat Training. In 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universitas Indonesia Timur Makassar, which they completed in 2017. M. Hendra then went on to join City University of Seattle in 2018 and is currently a Master's Candidate of Science in Project Management, specializing in Project Management.
