Tony Rockdaschel has extensive work experience in the information technology field. Tony started their career as a Network Manager at PNC MultiFamily Capital in 2001, where they were promoted within 2 years. During their time there, they led various migrations, installations, and automations, resulting in a 30-hour reduction in support time per week. Tony also installed and managed a Citrix Presentation Server farm to support remote employees.
In 2010, Tony joined Reach Community Development, Inc. as an Information Technology Manager. Tony implemented an IT turnaround strategy, which included upgrades and replacements of infrastructure, virtualization, cloud integration, and mobility. Tony also handled customer IT concerns for over 2000 residents.
From 2018 to 2019, Tony worked at First Transit as an Information Technology Manager. Tony successfully built a HIPPA-compliant call center for a NEMT service provider in support of OHP members. Tony oversaw the entire IT infrastructure and systems and managed projects from inception to completion. Tony provided leadership and guidance to teams and resolved technical issues.
Currently, Tony is working as a Sales Engineer at Pacific Office Automation since 2020.
Tony Rockdaschel attended the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1992 and earned an Associate of Arts in Ground Communication Electronics. In 1994, they enrolled at Portland Community College, where they pursued Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Furthermore, Tony also studied IT-related subjects at the New Horizons Learning Center, although the specific years of their enrollment are unknown.
