Troy Shawhan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Troy started their career as a General Manager at Kinko's, where they were responsible for personnel management and achieved exceptional employee retention and improved customer service scores. Troy then worked as the General Manager for IMIX Records, where they handled all management duties for the start-up web-based music label.
