James McClinton

James McClinton has over 19 years of experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Garde-Manger lead and previously as Cook2 at Pacific Palms Resort since March 2004. McClinton is pursuing further education at Optavia since September 2021 and holds an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena, completed in 2005.
