Brandon Moran is an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) professional with a diverse background in construction and emergency medical services. Currently the HSE Manager 1 at Pacific Pile & Marine since April 2021, Brandon has overseen projects including the Port of Alaska Petroleum and Cement Terminal update, USACE dredge operations, and various terminal improvements. Prior roles include Senior HSE Representative and HSE Representative at American Bridge Company, where responsibilities involved major expansions and steel erection projects. Brandon also served as a Commercial Construction Site Health and Safety Medical Technician at Amphibious Medics, contributing to the Nexus high rise project with Skanska EHS. Additional experience includes emergency medical response at Skagit Valley Hospital and a project management role in carpentry at Hurt Construction. Brandon holds an Associate of Arts in Environmental Science from Bellevue College.
