Wade Taylor is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Contracts & Legal Services at Pacific Pile & Marine since July 2022, and previously held the position of Contracts Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Contracts Specialist at Manson Construction Co. and a Senior Compliance Analyst at the University of Washington, where Wade reviewed grant and contract applications and negotiated clinical trial agreements. Wade also practiced law as an attorney in private practice and provided legal support in various capacities, including as an Associate Attorney at Law Offices of James A. and serving as personal assistant to the CEO at General Biodiesel Seattle, LLC. Wade Taylor holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Central Washington University.
