Collin Wong

Collin Wong has held three positions since 2018. In 2018, they were a Desktop Network Support Student Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where they were in charge of installing, troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, networks for computers running in a Windows, Unix or Mac OS environment, as well as assisting in inventory and record keeping of all department computers and related equipment using databases like Access and SnipeIT. In 2019, they were a Network Administrator Intern at Bank of Hawaii, where they worked on configuring routers, switches, and firewalls on a Layer 1-3 OSI model, and deployed network hardware and configured them to be ready for production use. Currently, they are a Consultant at Pacific Point.

Collin Wong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa between 2016 and 2020. In 2020, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce. In June of 2020, they also obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. In December 2021, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce. Finally, in October 2022, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce.
