Heather Flegal Wood, PMP, CSM

Heather Flegal Wood, PMP, CSM has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. Heather began their career in 1999 as a Senior SAP Business Analyst and Project Manager at McKesson. In 2008, they moved to the Judiciary, State of Hawaii as an Associate Project Manager Judiciary Information Management Systems. In 2009, they joined Genentech as a Process Excellence - Principal Program Manager. Heather then moved to PRO Unlimited as a Business Process Excellence Consultant at Genentech in 2013. In 2016, they joined Dignity Health as a Performance Improvement Consultant and in 2018, they began working at Pacific Point Inc. as a Senior Consultant Project Management and Business Analysis. In 2020, they joined Driscoll's as a Sr. Portfolio Analyst, Office of the CIO and in 2021, they rejoined Pacific Point as a Senior Consultant. In their roles, they have been responsible for delivering exceptional software and business solutions to clients, driving continuous process improvement, overseeing the department's portfolio of initiatives, and managing teams of consultants and direct reports.

Heather Flegal Wood, PMP, CSM has a Bachelor in Business Management from Saint Mary's College of California, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Heather also completed undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara from 1994 to 1996. In addition, they hold certifications from various institutions, including an Agile Hybrid Project Pro from the Project Management Institute obtained in July 2022, an ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification Training Course from Simplilearn obtained in December 2020, a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce obtained in May 2019, a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute obtained in 2016, a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance obtained in April 2013, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
