Kaitlin Nelsen

Kaitlin Nelsen has a diverse work experience. Kaitlin began their career in 2012 as a Shift Supervisor/Coffee Master at Starbucks. In 2016, they moved to Kings Cathedral and Chapels as a Digital Marketer. In 2018, they joined Pacific Point as a Senior Consultant and Salesforce Consultant. In this role, they have experience implementing large and small scale Salesforce Solutions, leveraging functional knowledge of Salesforce core products, documenting and managing functional deliverables, and grooming stories.

Kaitlin Nelsen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage between 2014 and 2018. Kaitlin also has two certifications from Salesforce, the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification which they obtained in November 2022, and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) which they obtained in April 2020.
