Sarah Hester

Sarah Hester, SHRM-SCP, PHR, serves as the Director of HR at Pacific Power Group, where responsibilities include leading Corporate Administration and Talent Acquisition shared services teams, acting as an HR Business Partner for the Marine and Allison segments, and overseeing company benefits. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., serving as the onsite HR Manager for Stanley Infrastructure. Additional experience includes positions such as Human Resources Benefits Specialist at Northwest Pipe Company and various roles at Warn Industries, including Human Resources Generalist II and I, as well as Human Resources Administrator. Sarah began a career in HR at Tosoh Quartz, Inc. as a Human Resources Representative and Assistant. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Public Communication with an emphasis in Business/HR from the University of Idaho and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Portland State University.
