Charlotte Ashton

Charlotte Ashton has a strong background in vendor and third-party risk management. Charlotte most recently served as the VP, IT Compliance Manager at Pacific Premier Bank since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at HireRight as the IS-GRC, Third Party Security Manager from July 2019 to January 2020, where they implemented the Third Party Risk Management Global Program. Additionally, Charlotte has extensive experience at East West Bank, where they held various roles in the Third Party Risk Management/Vendor Management Office from December 2013 to July 2019. These roles included AVP, Third Party Risk Manager, AVP, Vendor Relationship Manager, and AVP, Enterprise Contracts Manager. Before their time at East West Bank, Charlotte worked at IndyMac Bancorp, Inc as an IT Sr. Buyer from 2002 to 2007, where they were responsible for procurement of network-related equipment and strategic sourcing.

Charlotte Ashton, CRVPM II, graduated with a B.A. in Radio/Television/Video/Film from the University of North Texas in 1995. Prior to that, they attended North Garland High from 1984 to 1990, specializing in Arts. In 2017, they obtained a CRVPM (Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager) degree from the Compliance Education Institute, focusing on Third Party Risk Management. Additionally, Charlotte has obtained certifications such as CRVPM Level II - Advanced Designation, Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager, CGPP, CPPM, and CPP.
