Cressa Cruzan has over 30 years of work experience in the banking and real estate industries. Cressa started their career as a Congressional Intern for the United States Congress in 1989. Cressa then worked as a Credit Analyst at First Interstate Bank for five years, where they analyzed complex credit relationships and recommended risk ratings. In 1995, they joined Wells Fargo as an Assistant Vice President and managed a $40MM commercial real estate loan portfolio. Cressa moved on to Indymac Bank in 1996, where they served as a Vice President and Loan Officer, originating and managing a loan portfolio exceeding $400MM. In 2008, they joined First Team Real Estate as an Agent, where they negotiated residential real estate transactions and developed ongoing relationships with industry professionals. Currently, they are working at Pacific Premier Bank, starting as a VP Portfolio Manager in 2017 and later assuming the role of VP Credit Manager in 2020, overseeing a $150MM commercial real estate loan portfolio and developing borrower relationships.
Cressa Cruzan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, between 1985 and 1989.
