Ross Genower

Ross Genower has a strong background in digital marketing and has held various roles within the field. Ross started their career as a Membership Development Lead at Argyle, where they executed email and social campaigns, monitored key performance metrics, and leveraged data to drive conversion and retention. Ross also implemented growth marketing programs and traveled to coordinate events. Following this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at PENSCO Trust Company, where they further honed their marketing skills. Ross is currently working as an Associate VP of Marketing Automation at Pacific Premier Bank.

Ross Genower has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Communication, with a minor in Psychology, from Baruch College.
