Temenah Coleman

Temenah Coleman, MA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2007, they began their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at MetLife. They then worked as a Zone Administrator at Ross Stores from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at US Real Estate Services. In 2011, they joined Parsons Brinckerhoff as an HR Assistant III and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined Gateway One Lending & Finance and held the positions of HR Generalist from 2013 to 2015 and AVP, Sr. Human Capital Partner Specialist from 2015 to 2020. In 2021, they joined Pacific Premier Bank as a Sr. HR Business Partner for a few months before moving to PIMCO, where they served as a VP, HR Business Partner until 2022. They have now become a Board Member at Herstory Inc. and also hold the role of VP, Sr. HR Business Partner at Pacific Premier Bank.

Temenah Coleman holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. Temenah also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy from LinkedIn, and Myers Briggs Facilitator from The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
