Horst Walther

Horst Walther is currently the VP of Business Development at Pacific Propellants. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Identity & Access Architect at Röhm from February 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for keeping the daily Identity & Access business running, achieving numerous process improvements through scripting and more effective policies, and selecting and implementing a new Identity & Access Tool following an agile approach.

From February 2014 to December 2015, Walther served as the Interim Identity & Access Architect at Deutsche Bank, where they gave expert advice to an ongoing group-wide change project, proposed architecture decisions, and got them implemented.

Before that, Walther was the Interim Manager of Professional Services at HanseCom GmbH from November 2012 to January 2014. In this role, they were responsible for the company's professional services organization, including sales, delivery, and operations.

Walther has also served as a Strategic Partner at Miratech and an Affiliate at Oliver Wyman. Horst was a Partner at Synatus from July 2010 to December 2017.

Horst Walther has a Doctor in Chemistry from Universität Hamburg / University of Hamburg. Horst also has a Diploma in Chemistry + Doctor in Oriental Studies from Universität Hamburg / University of Hamburg. Additionally, they have a diploma and doctorate in chemistry from Universität Hamburg / University of Hamburg.
