The Guides Team at Pacific Quest is responsible for leading and mentoring students through transformative outdoor therapeutic experiences. Comprised of skilled professionals such as Program Guides and Wilderness Instructors, this team facilitates experiential learning in nature, promoting personal growth and sustainable life skills while ensuring a safe, supportive environment for struggling teenagers and young adults. Their role is pivotal in delivering hands-on guidance, fostering resilience, and instilling a sense of responsibility in participants as they engage in wilderness activities and horticulture therapy.

The Therapeutic Services Team at Pacific Quest is dedicated to providing holistic support to troubled teenagers and young adults through a combination of therapy, wellness, and education. This multidisciplinary team—including therapists, counselors, a medical wellness coordinator, and a therapeutic yoga instructor—works collaboratively to promote mental and physical well-being, teach sustainable life skills, and foster personal growth in a nurturing outdoor environment.
