Eric Severson

Eric Severson is an experienced Loan Advisor currently with PacRes Mortgage since March 2022, following a distinguished career in the mortgage industry that includes roles such as Senior Loan Officer at Sun West Mortgage Company and Loan Consultant at Caliber Home Loans. With over 14 years of experience in assisting Loan Originators and clients in closing thousands of loans, Eric has a proven track record in business development and recruitment within various prestigious companies. In addition to mortgage expertise, Eric is also a seasoned Stand-Up Comedian, recognized as the winner of the 2005 Portland Comedy Competition, and has performed at numerous venues since 1996. Eric has also contributed to community efforts as a Board Member for Community Cares, a non-profit focused on improving the quality of life in the community. Educational background includes studies at the University of Oregon and a high school diploma from Lakeridge High School.
