Lawrence Ploof

Lawrence Ploof has over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and financial services. Lawrence started their career in 1997 as a District Manager at One Main Financial, where they supervised a loan portfolio and managed profit and loss for 7-10 retail branches. In 2012, they joined Carrington Mortgage Services as a Retail Mortgage Branch Area Manager and oversaw mortgage sales origination activities for multiple branches in West Central Florida. Lawrence then moved on to be an Area Vice President for Vylla, specializing in mortgage lending, real estate, and title and escrow services. In 2019, they became the South Regional Vice President at Vylla Powered by Carrington Mortgage Services LLC and managed the retail branch network in various areas. Lawrence worked as a Regional Manager at River City Mortgage from 2020 to 2021, before joining Polaris Home Loans, LLC as a Regional Sales Manager from 2021 to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at LeaderOne Financial before joining PacRes Mortgage in 2023 as an Area Sales Manager.

Lawrence Ploof received a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Northern Vermont University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
