Michael Jorgenson

Michael Jorgenson is currently the VP, Portfolio Management, West Region at Pacific Retail Capital Partners. Michael has over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, starting their career as an electrical apprentice and working their way up to senior property manager. Michael has a proven track record of success in maximizing property NOI, meeting business metric goals, and maintaining standards. Michael has also worked with city officials to evaluate and invest in RDA fund opportunities and has established relationships with many influential community organizations and civic leaders.

Michael Jorgenson has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah. Michael also has a certification in CSM from ICSC.

Michael Jorgenson reports to Michael Morgan, Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management.
