Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Pacific Retail Capital Partners. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on management and operations.

Morgan began their career in retail as a Retail Manager at Caruso Affiliated, where they were responsible for the success of Paseo Nuevo Shops & Restaurants. Michael was directly involved in rent collections, certifying of monthly rent billings, approval and oversight of all property related invoices and monthly forecasting.

In December 2014, Morgan left Caruso Affiliated to become the General Manager at JLL. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of The Americana at Brand mixed use retail center. Michael focused on developing relationships with all retail customers associated with the Center.

Morgan has been with Pacific Retail Capital Partners since October 2015 and is responsible for managing the portfolio of retail properties.
