Germaine Jackson

Director of Service Learning & Teacher of Science at PACIFIC RIDGE SCHOOL

Ms. Jackson comes to Pacific Ridge from Wilder’s Preparatory Academy in Inglewood, CA, where she served as principal for the independent charter school serving 600 students in grades K-8. Previously, she held the role of High School Director for Inner City Foundation (ICEF) Public Schools in Los Angeles, a college preparatory high school focused on college readiness, performing arts and community service. She also served as secondary Science teacher and Diversity Coordinator for Campbell Hall Episcopal School. Ms. Jackson received her B.A. from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA, and her M.Ed. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds an M.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University, Bloomington. A certified USATF Track & Field Coach, she has been a passionate runner since the age of five. In her free time she enjoys photography, running and writing.
