Cody Hoagland

Cody Hoagland currently serves as an Operations Analyst at PACIFIC RIM DEFENSE, LLC, providing operational analysis support to INDOPACOM J33 in the Pacific theater since October 2023. Previously, Cody held the role of Deputy Director of Operations at 9th Air Force (AFCENT) from February to October 2023 and was the Chief Operations Plans and Requirements Division lead at the same organization from April 2022 to February 2023. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of the Sector Security Reform Group at the Office of Security Cooperation Iraq and the Director of Safety at 9 AF (AFCENT). Cody's military career with the United States Air Force spans over two decades, during which various leadership and operational roles were undertaken, including Commanding the 16 Airborne Command and Control Squadron and acting as an E-8C Combat Systems Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Air Warfare from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton.
