Justin Plank has a diverse work experience. Justin started their career in the US Navy as a Naval Special Warfare Officer/Leader in December 2010 and served until May 2016. Justin showcased their abilities in innovation, resilience, and adaptability during their time in the Navy. In 2016, they joined The Honor Foundation as a Cohort 6 Member, where they contributed to designing a transition institute for the US Special Operations Forces community. In 2017, Justin joined Amazon's Military Leaders Program as an Operations Manager, where they worked until May 2018. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Pacific Rim Mechanical since September 2018.
Justin Plank completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In 2016, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Business for Veterans (MBV) from the University of Southern California, which they completed in 2017.
