Pacific School of Religion
Cindy Liu has a diverse work experience starting from founding the Spring Foundation in 2011, where they served as Founder, Founding President, and Advisor. Cindy then went on to roles in education consulting and operational leadership at various schools and organizations such as Imagination Lab School, Yu Ming Charter School, BASIS Independent Schools, Simpact Coaching and Consulting, Pacific School of Religion, and The Ignite Institute. Their roles ranged from Director of Operations to Head of Operations, and more recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Ignite Institute.
Cindy Liu holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School. Cindy also earned a Master of Education in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania. Cindy obtained an ICF Member Badge certification from the International Coaching Federation in March 2021.
