Stan Barkey

Stan Barkey retired after over 30 years in the insurance business to engage in a number of volunteer roles in the United Methodist Church, PSR and his local community. During his previous time on the PSR board, he served on the Development Committee, Shared Governance Committee and Executive Committee.
