Brady Baldwin

Brady Baldwin is a Human Factors Engineer at Pacific Science & Engineering Group, Inc. since October 2021, specializing in enhancing human performance in high-stakes, complex systems. Previously, Brady served as the Lead Researcher for the MHCI Capstone Project at Pandemic Professors, a non-profit tutoring organization, and worked as a VR Prototyping Lab Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where the focus was on collaboration testing in virtual reality. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Oregon State University, contributing to real and virtual environment participant studies and creating 3D environments for laboratory experiments. Brady holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and New Media Communications from Oregon State University.
