Thomas Kim is currently the Deputy Operations Officer at Pacific Science & Engineering, where they support contract and labor management and advise C-suite decision makers. With over 20 years of experience in operations and program management, Thomas previously held leadership positions on three nuclear-powered submarines and various technical programs, achieving significant accomplishments including Navy Commendation Medals and a Navy Meritorious Service Medal. A graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Radiation Health Physics, Thomas also earned a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
