Gabi Palacios has a strong foundation in human resources and customer service, demonstrated through roles at ADP as an HR Benefits Specialist Intern, where responsibilities included ensuring the accurate administration of employee benefits, and at State Farm ® as an Underwriting Service Assistant, focusing on the rapid resolution of agent underwriting escalations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst and HR Learning and Development Intern at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company since May 2023, Gabi Palacios continues to develop expertise in HR processes and support.
