Jen Hays

Jen Hays has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Jen is currently the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company. Prior to this, Jen worked at Intel Corporation for over 15 years, holding various positions such as CFO of Intel Federal LLC, Director of Finance for Emerging Growth & Incubation, and Finance Manager in Technology Manufacturing. Jen also worked at Hamilton Sundstrand as a Financial Planning Analyst.

Jen Hays pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2008 to 2009.
