Dan's expertise spans various areas such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, government relations, environmental compliance, and quality assurance. Dan holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. summa cum laude in Philosophy & Political Science from the University of Oregon.
