Traci Chidester has a diverse and extensive work experience in the seafood and food industry. Traci currently holds the position of Director of Domestic Sales - Retail at Pacific Seafood since August 2023. Prior to this role, they had served as the General Manager and Assistant General Manager at the same company from May 2021 to August 2023 and January 2021 to May 2021, respectively. Traci has also held various positions at Pacific Seafood such as Sales Manager - Retail, Corporate Key Account Manager Retail, Sales Manager - Northern District, and Corporate Account Manager from August 2015 to January 2021.
Before joining Pacific Seafood, Traci worked as the Northwest Regional Manager at JMFG - Smithfield Foods from March 2013 to July 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Corporate Key Account Manager at Pacific Seafood from March 2010 to March 2013.
Traci's earlier experience includes working as a National Account Manager at US Foods from January 1999 to March 2010.
Traci Chidester completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Corban University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Corban Christian University. In addition to their formal education, they have also pursued further learning by obtaining a certification in the Food Industry Executive Program from USC Marshall School of Business, with the year of completion expected to be in 2023.
