Marian Wall

Marian Wall's work experience includes serving as the Chief Risk Officer at Pacific Service Credit Union since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer & General Counsel at American Business Bank from April 2022 to February 2023. From August 2016 to April 2022, Marian held the position of Head of Global Technology Vendor Management at Bank of the West. Marian also worked as an Enterprise Risk Manager at California United Bank from August 2014 to August 2016. Marian has experience in legal and compliance support, contract negotiation, and project management through their role as Wall Consulting, which they held from August 2007 to August 2014. Additionally, they served as Legal Counsel at Ronco Corporation, supporting executive management and coordinating litigation, from February 2007 to August 2007. Marian's earlier experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel & Corporate Ethics Manager at Digital Insight from October 2000 to November 2006, and as Legal Counsel at Pacific Century Bank from February 1999 to October 2000.

Marian Wall has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Additionally, they hold a B.A. summa cum laude in Philosophy/Religion from California Lutheran University. Marian has acquired several certifications, including "Introduction to the Agile Principles & Mindset Bootcamp" from Skillsoft in April 2021, "Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager - Level II" from Compliance Education Institute, LLC in September 2018, and they are a California Bar Member since December 1997, certified by the State Bar of California.
