Troy Keipper

Troy Keipper, P.E. currently serves as Vice President at Pacific Shipyards International, LLC, overseeing the Programs Division, which encompasses Project Management, Business Development, Planning, Estimating, and Contracts since July 2020. Prior to this role, Troy was the Chief Operating Officer at Navatek, LLC from December 2002 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing company-wide operations and ensuring efficient workflow to promote sustainable growth. Earlier experience includes directorship of the Computational Fluid Dynamics Division at Navatek's Honolulu office and a position as a Senior Naval Architect, with specialties in CFD, stability analysis, and vessel design. Troy's career began as a Naval Architect at Antrim Associates Naval Architects after completing a summer internship as an Engineer at Ingalls Shipbuilding. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan.
