Emmanuel Mora

Emmanuel Mora, P.E. is a Project Engineer at Pacific Southwest Structures, Inc. (PSSI) since October 2020, bringing extensive experience in project management and estimation from previous roles as a Project Manager and Estimator at HSCC, Inc. from March 2018 to October 2020. Additionally, Emmanuel served as a Junior Team Leader for the City of Burbank's Summer Trails Program in 2017. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, completed in 2018.
