Pam Russell

Pam Russell is an experienced Regional Sales Manager at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company, a position held since October 2010. Prior to this role, Pam served as an Office Manager and Licensed Sales Producer at Allstate Insurance from November 2000 to September 2010. Pam graduated with honors from Fountain Valley High School, earning a diploma in General Studies from 1969 to 1973.
