Kirby Farner

Kirby Farner is a Corporate Safety Director and Environmental Manager at Pacific Steel and Recycling with extensive experience in environmental management. Prior to this role, Kirby worked as a Policy Analyst and Environmental Specialist at the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. Kirby holds a Masters Degree of Health Science in Environmental Health from Boise State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration.
