Tashay Roper

TaShay Roper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event planning and retail management. Currently serving as the CEO of Dreamful Exquisite Events since September 2020, TaShay specializes in creating immersive experiences and repurposing spaces for various events. Concurrently, TaShay has been a Store Manager at PACSUN since January 2020, leading a productive team and achieving sales goals. Previous roles include Store Manager positions at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, Skechers, and New York & Company, where TaShay excelled in team development, sales strategies, and operational efficiency. TaShay began a career in client services as an intern at Arhaus and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Kent State University.
