Karin Pearson

Karin Pearson is the current Director at Pacific Symphony. Karin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing, having led multiple teams at various companies.

Karin started their career in 1995 as a Sr. Staffing Consultant for Fidelity Investments. In this role, they recruited for the 401K division and was responsible for high volume recruiting for a new site location.

In 1998, Karin became the Director of Staffing for Prudential Financial. In this role, they managed the team responsible for all hiring within the retirement and investment services division, including Times Square Capital Management. Karin also developed the recruiting strategy and managed the recruitment team for the division.

From 2003 to 2007, Karin was the Talent Acquisition Director at The Hartford. In this role, they led a multiple location talent acquisition team that placed 1800 candidates annually.

Karin has been very successful in their career thus far and has demonstrated their ability to lead and manage large teams. Karin is an expert in talent acquisition and has a proven track record of successful recruiting.

Karin Pearson has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut and a certificate in human resources executive program from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Karin is currently completing their master's coursework in human resource management at the University of Bridgeport.
