Chan Yue Kwong

Dr Chan has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since 2007. He is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. He was the former chairman and is currently the non-executive director of Cafe de Coral Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed company which he joined in 1984, and has considerable experience in planning and management.
