Masaru Okutomi

Mr. Masaru Okutomi joined the Group on 1 July 2019 as executive Director and the Vice Chairman. With effect from 1 October 2021, Mr. Okutomi was re-designated from the vice Chairman to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group, and continue to serve as an executive Director, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee. He is also a director of various subsidiaries of the Group.
