Sze Kwok Wing

Mr. Sze has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since 2007. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Sze has senior management experience in the private and investment banking industry serving high net worth clients and institutions.
