Joe Simonoko

Joe Simonoko has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Joe began their career in 1993 as the Director of Sales at Wachovia Mortgage/First Union Mortgage, where they managed a national sales force and handled strategic planning and budgeting. Joe then worked as the Senior Vice President of Sales at LoanCity, where they successfully expanded the company's wholesale platform in various markets. At SunTrust Mortgage, Joe served as the Eastern Divisional Manager for Wholesale lending, responsible for sales, operations, and compliance. Joe joined Pacific Union Financial, LLC as the Regional Manager for Southeast and South Central Regions, and later became the Vice President for the South Central Region. Currently, Joe is the Vice President and Divisional Sales Leader at Orion Lending.

Joe Simonoko attended the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Marketing.
