Jose Alfaro

Jose Alfaro has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Jose started their career in 1992 at AccuBanc Mortgage Corporation, where they held various roles in secondary marketing, junior closing and shipping, QC imaging, and setups. Jose then served in the United States Army Reserve as a Company Commander for the 980th Heavy Combat Engineers from 1991 to 1999.

After completing their service, Jose joined National City Mortgage as a Secondary Marketing specialist from 2000 to 2002. Jose then moved to First Horizon Home Loans, where they worked as a Pipeline Control Specialist II from 2002 to 2006 and as a Senior Support Assistant from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Jose joined MetLife Home Loans as a Senior Pricing Analyst until 2012 when they joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation as the AVP of Secondary Marketing. Most recently, they worked at Pacific Union Financial, LLC as a Director of Capital Markets, where they managed the middle office, ensured accurate deliveries, allocated MBS and Cash pools, and maintained best execution in QRM.

Jose's work experience demonstrates a strong background in mortgage industry operations, collateral management, and capital markets.
