Norman Scott

Norman Scott is currently a trustee at Pacific University. Norman was previously employed at Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing from October 2009 to April 2015, where they served as Past Program Lead. Norman Scott was also employed at BAE Systems from May 2000 to April 2008 as Engineering Office Manager. Furthermore, they worked at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division from December 1990 to December 1993 as Commander. Norman Scott's longest period of employment was with the US Navy, where they worked from July 1964 to September 1994 as a Naval Officer.

Norman Scott began their educational career by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Pacific University. Norman then went on to earn a Master of Science in Weapon Systems Acquisition Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. Finally, they graduated from the Naval War College with a degree in Command and Staff.
