C. William Hosler

Mr. Hosler is the Lead Independent Director of the Board of PacWest Bancorp, a Director of Pacific Western Bank and is a member of each of their respective Audit, CNG and Executive Committees. Mr. Hosler is the chief financial officer and member of the board of directors of Catellus Acquisition Company, LLC, a commercial real estate property ownership, management and development company. Mr. Hosler also serves as a director of Fantex, Inc., a Delaware brand building company, where he chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Conflicts Committee. Mr. Hosler also serves as a director of the Claremont Country Club where he is the treasurer and is a member of the Building and Finance Committees. Mr. Hosler also serves as chair of the City of Piedmont Budget Advisory and Financial Planning Committee. Mr. Hosler served as a director of CapitalSource Inc. from 2007 until 2014. Mr. Hosler previously served on the board of directors, Audit Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of Parkway Properties, Inc., a self-administered, real estate investment trust.
