Julie Young has over 20 years of experience in talent development and management roles. Julie has held leadership positions at companies such as Pacific Western Bank, In-Sight Leadership Solutions, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and Procter & Gamble. Julie has successfully built talent management functions, implemented leadership and management curriculums, facilitated talent review processes, and developed tailored leadership courses. Julie has managed teams, budgets, and led organizational strategies to support growth and effectiveness within various companies.

Julie Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Utah State University. Julie also has a Master of Science in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University. Julie has obtained various certifications including Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments, and certifications in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Gamification, and Situational Leadership II.
