Thomas Parkhurst

Thomas Parkhurst has extensive experience in compensation management and analysis, with roles at various organizations including Pacific Western Bank, City of Hope, and Hoag Hospital. Thomas also has experience in HR and business administration, with positions at Leach International and Crepes Bonaparte. Their most recent role was as Vice President Compensation Manager at Pacific Western Bank.

Thomas Parkhurst attended Troy High for their high school education. After graduating, they went on to study at Chapman University in 2004. Thomas later transferred to Cornell University, where they earned a Bachelors degree in Industrial and Labor Relations in 2007.
