Karla Duffner

Karla Duffner has over 20 years of experience in the beauty, CPG marketing, and sales industries. Karla began their career in 2001 with internships in Mexico, Spain, and Germany with companies such as Beiersdorf, Lufthansa, and Volkswagen. In 2005, they took on the role of Marketing Product Manager with Garnier in Germany. In 2008, they joined L'Oréal as the Assistant Vice President Marketing - L’Oreal Professionnel USA, as well as a Consultant for L’Oreal USA (specialized in CPG Marketing and Sales) and the Marketing Category Head - L’Oreal Paris USA. Most recently, they were appointed as the UK/EU Marketing & Retail Lead for Pacifica Beauty in 2022.

Karla Duffner attended Colegio Humboldt (German School) Puebla, Mexico from Kindergarten to Highschool, where they obtained their Deutsches Abitur. Karla then attended Universidad de las Américas Puebla from 2000 to 2001. Following this, they attended ESB Business School, Reutlingen University and Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2001 to 2005. No additional certifications have been provided.
