Shannon Olsen

Shannon Olsen has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Shannon is currently working at Pacifica Companies as the Senior Director of Marketing, a role they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, Shannon worked as the Director of Digital Marketing at Pacifica Companies from July 2021 to January 2024. Before joining Pacifica Companies, Shannon was employed at CBIZ, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Marketing Specialist from March 2021 to July 2021, National Marketing Specialist from October 2017 to March 2021, and Social Media Marketing Intern from August 2017 to October 2017. Shannon began their career as a Marketing Automation Intern at Crawford Group in July 2015, where they worked until August 2015.

Shannon Olsen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of San Diego. Currently, Shannon is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from LSU Shreveport, with an expected completion date between 2023 and 2025. Shannon also studied International Business at Anglo-American University, Prague. In addition to their degrees, Shannon has obtained several certifications, including Google Analytics for Beginners, Invalid Traffic Analytics (IVTA) Certification from CHEQ, Social Media Marketing from Learn@Forbes, and a Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Certification from Microsoft. Shannon has also completed the Getting Talent Back to Work SHRM Certificate from the SHRM Foundation and the ChatGPT for SEO and Content certificate from Great Learning.
